I’m Mariah, a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others live healthier, happier lives. My fitness journey began back in high school after finding out I have a thyroid condition. I had to learn how to fuel my body through exercise and nutrition. I believe that fitness is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good, building confidence, and fostering a positive mindset. After having my baby girl in Summer of 2024, I decided it was time to help others in their fitness journey! I find so much joy in supporting other women, teaching and maintaining healthy habits, and creating a positive and supportive environment for women to build each other up and move their bodies!
I’m a dedicated yoga and cycling instructor with a mission to empower women through movement and mindfulness. My own health and fitness journey ignited a passion for helping others discover the strength and confidence that come from physical and mental well-being. I create an encouraging and uplifting environment where women can challenge themselves, embrace their bodies, and unlock their full potential. Whether on the mat or the bike, I’m here to support you in building a healthier, more empowered version of yourself.
Education: Somatic Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga
Certifications: 500 hr RYT, Somatic IFS, Levels 1 & 2, Polyvagal Theory Yoga Therapy (in progress)
My passion as a yoga teacher lies in helping people connect to their inner most experience by meeting themselves and all of their sensations with curiosity and compassion. My somatic trainings have helped me to develop a practice that embodies a Somatic Experience philosophy which allows for learning what your body, nervous system, and mind needs to regulate, weather that means de stressing and releasing or energizing and flowing. As a 500 hr certified teacher, I have also developed a unique approach to mobility, strength, and flexibility paired with yoga shapes and movements that can both challenge and revitalize your system.
Jen Zimmermann RYT 500 I didn’t always love yoga. When I first started practicing it was hard… moving my body mindfully and sitting in stillness was a big ask. But I kept coming back to it and over time I developed a love for the practice, enjoying the stillness and exploring what I found there. I grew up in a small city between Niagara Falls and Buffalo, NY. Therefore, hot yoga is my favorite yoga. But what I love most about yoga is the magic. We come together in the same space, breathe the same breath and practice the same asana. Yet we all have a different experience: those who come in frazzled leave calm, and those who come in tired leave refreshed. My intention isn’t to teach yogis how to bring their heel over their head; however, if one stays in a regular practice, that could happen! What I really want is for every body to have a meaningful experience so they leave thinking: “yoga is something I would do again.” Whether that is with me or another teacher doesn’t matter; I simply hope that you keep the yoga door open, so the magic of practice can spill from your mat into your everyday life.
Education: Surgical Technologist, Certified Behavioral Health Technician
Certifications: National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, Weightloss Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Certified Metabolic Coach, Strength Coach, Pre-& Postnatal Certified Coach, USPA National Referee, American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
As a Surgical Technologist and Behavioral Health Technician, I have always been dedicated to helping others improve their well-being. My journey into fitness began after experiencing back injuries from multiple car accidents and struggling to maintain a healthy weight after having my son. It was through the guidance of a personal trainer that I discovered the transformative power of powerlifting and its impact on my life.
Having been both a trainer and a trainee, I understand the challenges of body image and the journey to self-improvement. My focus is to empower my clients to become stronger, healthier, and to achieve their fitness goals. I firmly believe that finding time for oneself and prioritizing health sets a positive example for family and contributes to overall well-being.
I am committed to helping individuals overcome obstacles, build confidence, and lead healthier lives. Let's work together to make your fitness goals a reality.
Hey y’all! I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Iron Lady Fitness. I also have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology where I focused my studies on behavioral change. I offer private one on one sessions that focus on building strength, endurance, and healthy habits that last. I have been in love with fitness ever since I first discovered my own strength in the gym, and I can’t wait to help other wonderful women find theirs too.
Hey there! I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 5 years. My training style focuses on general health and fitness. I specialize in training athletes of all ages and disciplines and am working towards a certification specifically for speed and agility. My passion is working with endurance athletes, especially runners, of all abilities.
I have also found an interest and love for senior group fitness. Training senior ladies is rewarding and at times, unpredictable! I am excited to continue my education and experience with this group.
Fun Facts: I have run 13 marathons, several half marathons, countless 10K and 5K races and 1 sprint triathlon. Two of my marathons have been sub 4 hour finishes. I started riding horses as a toddler (yes, a toddler) and grew up competing in the sport. I am planning a return to the equestrian world in the next few years.
Favorite muscle group to train: I really enjoy working the hamstrings and glutes. I also highly value balanced training - important for everyone from the elite athlete to the senior adult.
What do I love most about training women? It is so fun to see my clients achieve goals they never thought possible. I have this sneaky habit of encouraging people to try something bigger than they think they can accomplish. I have yet to see someone not reach those big goals. The confidence that each one experiences from those achievements is the best part of my job.

Coming from a family of sports and playing at the collegiate level, I have always enjoyed movement however that has looked over the years.
After college, my body changed. I struggled with juggling a job, taking care of my home, and most of all myself. I started to struggle with weight gain, consistency, and my mental health. This is where I decided I needed to shift my focus and start creating healthier habits for myself and my lifestyle. I found fitness as my safe space and get away. It was my adult playground to find enjoyment in movement again.
My goal is to help empower women and show them that they can ,not only, take care of their family and home, but also learn healthy habits to create long sustainable success for themselves. Let’s be honest, life doesn’t stop for anyone. There is never a perfect time for anything, but NOW.
I am committed to helping women find that life balance. Let’s do this together!

After having my daughter in 2021, I had a long battle with postpartum depression and anxiety. I had a hard time finding myself and figuring out something I could do that would just be for me. When I started my fitness journey, I initially wanted it for the physical aspects, but I found the mental clarity it gave me was even more rewarding!
I have always had a passion for helping people, and I knew in becoming a personal trainer, I could help so many people that struggle and need guidance in the gym. Everyone deserves the benefits of working out and I would love to be apart of your journey!
