A Safe Space for Ladies
We established Iron Lady Fitness so that women could have a secure and empowering place to work out—no men gawking or offering unsolicited advice. In addition, our building is equipped with a surveillance system both inside and outside for the safety of our members. Here, moms, daughters, and single ladies encourage and lift each other. You are more than welcome to join us!
Nutrition Coaching
Anyone can work out hard, but what you do with the other 23 hours of the day is the important part. The Trainers at Iron Lady Fitness can provide you with a nutritional guidance program that will help you learn and understand what you need specifically to reach your goals. Work one on one with a coach that will teach you what your body needs to be strong, lose weight, and feel your personal best. This isn't a diet; it's a lifestyle change.
Personal Training
Ready to seriously get down to business? Great! Partner up with one of our personal trainers and have the one-on-one training, coaching, encouragement, and accountability that will help you reach your goals. Boot Camp Classes
Do you prefer to work out with a group of like-minded ladies? Terrific! We’ve got just the plan for you. Iron Lady Fitness offers small group training. You’ll get the same level of care, attention, training, and accountability, only you’ll be able to share your journey with new friends. We offer you the option of choosing 3 or 2 days a week for classes.
