My name is Sonja my foundation is built first and foremost on my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Without him I wouldn’t be where I am today.
I have a Group Fitness background, which began in 2012. At that time I was a military wife trying to find my place in a new location. I loved working out but doing it alone was hard. I began to form friendships with ladies in my community as well as at church. I started small fitness groups and worked out ladies out of my garage and at parks in the local area. I knew then it wasn’t about me, I wanted to help lead and push women to achieve great things on their fitness journey. My fitness journey hasn’t been perfect and neither am I, but I train with my heart because I’m passionate about what I do. I find my biggest joy is hearing women say “I can’t” and I get to help them believe that they can. As a trainer I would never ask you to do anything that I haven’t done already. I would never ask you to do anything that I didn’t believe you could, and as your trainer, I will get down in the trenches with you to help you be the best version of yourself!!

As a Surgical Technologist and Behavioral Health Technician, I have always been dedicated to helping others improve their well-being. My journey into fitness began after experiencing back injuries from multiple car accidents and struggling to maintain a healthy weight after having my son. It was through the guidance of a personal trainer that I discovered the transformative power of powerlifting and its impact on my life.


Having been both a trainer and a trainee, I understand the challenges of body image and the journey to self-improvement. My focus is to empower my clients to become stronger, healthier, and to achieve their fitness goals. I firmly believe that finding time for oneself and prioritizing health sets a positive example for family and contributes to overall well-being.

I’m Mariah, a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others live healthier, happier lives. My fitness journey began back in high school after finding out I have a thyroid condition. I had to learn how to fuel my body through exercise and nutrition. I believe that fitness is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good, building confidence, and fostering a positive mindset. After having my baby girl in Summer of 2024, I decided it was time to help others in their fitness journey! I find so much joy in supporting other women, teaching and maintaining healthy habits, and creating a positive and supportive environment for women to build each other up and move their bodies!

Coming from a family of sports and playing at the collegiate level, I have always enjoyed movement however that has looked over the years.

After college, my body changed. I struggled with juggling a job, taking care of my home, and most of all myself. I started to struggle with weight gain, consistency, and my mental health. This is where I decided I needed to shift my focus and start creating healthier habits for myself and my lifestyle. I found fitness as my safe space and get away. It was my adult playground to find enjoyment in movement again.

My goal is to help empower women and show them that they can ,not only, take care of their family and home, but also learn healthy habits to create long sustainable success for themselves. Let’s be honest, life doesn’t stop for anyone. There is never a perfect time for anything, but NOW.

Hey y’all! I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Iron Lady Fitness. I also have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology where I focused my studies on behavioral change. I offer private one on one sessions that focus on building strength, endurance, and healthy habits that last. I have been in love with fitness ever since I first discovered my own strength in the gym, and I can’t wait to help other wonderful women find theirs too.

My name is Shelley Westmoreland, I am a NASM certified personal trainer, USATF track coach, and devoted fitness fan. I believe that health is multidimensional and physical fitness is only one part of the whole you. I also believe that your journey to better health is a unique and personal one. My goal is to help you discover and live your best life through the fusion of mind, body, and soul practices that are tailored to meet your specific needs.

My own fitness career began 35 years ago when I fell in love with running. I ran and won 1000s of races throughout middle school, high school, and as a scholarship athlete in college. I still run today and generally run several road races a year. I began yoga six years ago when I noticed my body becoming sore and injured after running. I immediately fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of yoga practice as it breathed new life into my running career and transformed my outlook on life. I immediately became certified to teach yoga so I could share the benefits of the practice with others.

My goal is to use my background in registered nursing, health, wellness, and physical fitness to help you reach your potential. I love helping people of all ages get fit, run faster, and feel good about themselves! I care deeply about helping you find consistent movement that you truly enjoy, and I am committed to helping you meet and exceed your specific goals.

Three years ago I was overweight, lethargic, had very low self-esteem, and a host of health issues. Today, I am the fittest I have ever been. Over the last 3 years I have worked hard to lose fat, build muscle, increase strength/endurance, create healthy habits, and turn my live by 180 degrees. Now, I find join in not only using my education but also my own experience and qualifications to empower and inspire women to be the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves. I understand the physical and mental challenges involved with fitness, so let's conquer them together!
